Q: When do I call for an Inspection? A: The Fire Marshal's Office of the Cottleville Fire Protection District conducts the following inspections after a fire permit for construction work has been issued and posted conspicuously (i.e. in a front window, construction trailer, etc.) Please note not all the listed inspections may pertain to your project. Fire Chief Rob Wylie with the Cottleville Community Fire Protection District has implemented a self inspection program for certain businesses within the District. This program provides an opportunity for the Cottleville Fire District and the Business Community to work together in providing a higher level fire and life safety.

About Us

More than 2,500 times every year the firefighter/EMTs of the Cottleville Fire Protection District respond to emergency calls from residents of Cottleville, Weldon Spring, Dardenne Prairie, St. Peters, and O’Fallon, Missouri. The District covers 38-square miles of southwestern St. Charles County and operates four fire stations. Firefighters respond to a variety of emergency situations including fires, hazardous materials incidents, motor vehicle accidents and medical emergencies.
