Fire Extinguisher Training

The Cottleville Fire Protection District offers portable fire extinguisher training for businesses, schools, and organizations of groups as small as 10 up to 25 participants. The training will consist of a 30-minute classroom presentation followed by a safety briefing and a practical Fire extinguisher exercise. Total estimated time, of course, is 1 1/2-2 hours. Training classes are held in the spring and the fall each year. This program will be offered free of cost to our business and citizens of our Fire District. A site inspection may be required of your facility prior to the class to determine if it meets the needs of the program.

- Fire extinguisher training classes are booked on a first come first available basis. To request a training session, please fill out and submit this form completely. Your form must be submitted a minimum of two weeks in advance prior to your scheduled event. We will contact your soon after your submission to confirm or deny you request based on availability. Training can be scheduled Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm, no holidays or weekends. For further information or to check other availability options, call 636-447-6655 X 8708. Class size requirements are as follows, minimum participants (10), maximum participants (25). Specific site requirements are required, these will be made available upon booking a class.
